If we fail to do so or you are not completely satisfied WineBear will credit your account with a 10% discount voucher.
WineBear currrently offer one the largest range of wines available from one retailer within the UK. Unlike many of our online competitors, over 80% of these wines are available to purchase by the single bottle, or mixed in a case with no minimum order. We also offer discounts when buying by the half case and by the full case and our delivery charge is a standard low £7.99 per 12 bottles. Our aim is to give you the prices expected online but the quality of range and service offered by a top high street store.
Due to our large range which includes in bond, just full cases, half or large format bottles and en primeur wines, we have set up numerous filters which can be used to refine your search. Please take some time to use these filters and experience how easy it is to find a great selection yet small enough to make a simple confident decision.
Additional to this is the ability to search via food match and even receipe, so if you have a specific meal such as Belly of Pork or Roast Leg of Lamb then add these to the Quick Search pink box to find all our assoicated wines. Again our aim is to bring you a great wine, every time!
Finally on check out it is possible to store wines with WineBear or to your storage account, this can be for in bond wines or fully taxed wines. It is also possible to make ready wines for export or consolidate wines with WineBear for future export.

Our secure socket layer software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All transactions are managed by SagePay the UK's leading online card processor. If though for whatever reason you wish to pay over the phone, we have a full card machine system at the office and would happily process your transaction that way. Call us with the wines you wish to buy in the shopping basket, prior to checkout and we will complete the process for you.

Delivery date will be given at checkout and our times are 9am-5pm. Where
possible we aim to deliver before 2pm. If you are out or expecting to
be out, please advise us at checkout of a secure location or neighbour
where it is possible to leave your wines.
WineBear repackages all our wines into double corragted mail-safe boxes to ensure your wines are always delivered intact. If for whatever reason your wine doesn't arrive in perfect condition please get in contact with us for a full refund.
We do aim to stick to our delivery times but please accept that in periods of difficult weather such as snow or when items are temporarily out of stock there may be a change to the delivery date. If this happens WineBear will make contact via the email provided.
If you would like your wines to be gift packed or sent with a note or card, please contact us via cust@winebear.com immediately after order, quoting your full name and order reference received via email post checkout. We will then discuss all available options both free and charged.
If you have a secure location, i.e. garage or neighbour, for wines to be left at if you are not in please leave these details when promted at checkout. If for whatever reason we are unable to deliver, it will be re-tried twice more over the next two working days without extra charge.
WineBear does offer morning delivery for a surcharge and we can also deliver to North Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Central Europe. Please select the correct option on checkout. We also export globally, please select this at checkout and we will contact you after to discuss the various options and timescales. For when money is not an object, there is airfreight, door to door within 3+ days, or there is consolidated shipping which can greatly reduce charges.
WineBear aims to brings you ‘Great Wine, Every Time’ but as wine is a natural product it is inevitable that on occasion a wine may show a defect. Our aim is to offer a no-quibble refund or replacement service. Please see the suitable subsection for further instructions.
Your wines will not be despatched until at least 24 hours after purchase, if you decide for any reason to cancel during this period then you will receive a full and immediate refund. From 24 hours after purchase your wines are within the delivery cycle. If you wish to cancel during this period or wish to return the wines afer receipt please contact us at cust@winebear.com to organise a collection. For wines which are not faulty but simply do not match your tasted, there may be a charge of £13.99 per case to arrange a collection. This charge will be waived at our discretion or certainly if the wines are faulty, please see our Faulty Wines policy. Please see our Returns Procedure for instructions on how to pack the wines ready for collection
On receiving your wines, if you find any of the wines are faulty then please contact cust@winebear.com with a clear description of the fault. This can include breakage, torn labels, corked wine, heat damaged wine, or other wine flavour faults. Please note that we will only accept a wine deemed to be faulty if there is atleast 75% of the wine still in the bottle with the original cork plugged back into the bottle. Although 99% of the time the customer is right it is still necessary to check the wines. Please see our Returns Procedure for instructions on how to pack the wines ready for collection
Please replace wines into original case, we use 3 part cases for protection so please make sure this is as received. Whether you are returning 1 bottle of 12 bottles please use this original case. Close case with tape and contact us for a collection date. Our UK Mail courier will collect between 9-5pm on the agreed day. For our records it would be appreciated if your name and order number could be written in pen on the box. If you are not in the courier will return on the following 2 days before we need to arrange a new delivery which may be chargeable. If you wish to leave the wines in a secure location for the courier to collect, then please email this information to cust@winebear.com with your name and order number.
WineBear has it’s office at 59 Cambridge Mansion, Cambridge Road, London SW11 4RX. If you have any questions, compliments or complaints and prefer written correspondence to email or phone then it should be sent to this office address. As for our wines they are all stored in warehousing managed by London City Bond where the conditions; humidity and temperature are perfect to ensure the wine you receive is in best state. It is also a bonded warehouse and so if you want to buy wines from us to store or transfer to another bonded account then it will be possible to purchase without duty or VAT.
