Delivery & Postage
Delivery date will be given at checkout and our times are 9am-5pm. Where
possible we aim to deliver before 2pm. If you are out or expecting to
be out, please advise us at checkout of a secure location or neighbour
where it is possible to leave your wines.
WineBear repackages all
our wines into double corragted mail-safe boxes to ensure your wines
are always delivered intact. If for whatever reason your wine doesn't
arrive in perfect condition please get in contact with us for a full
refund.
We do aim to stick to our delivery times but please
accept that in periods of difficult weather such as snow or when items
are temporarily out of stock there may be a change to the delivery date.
If this happens WineBear will make contact via the email provided.
If
you would like your wines to be gift packed or sent with a note or
card, please contact us via cust@winebear.com immediately after order,
quoting your full name and order reference received via email post
checkout. We will then discuss all available options both free and
charged.
If you have a secure location, i.e. garage or neighbour,
for wines to be left at if you are not in please leave these details
when promted at checkout. If for whatever reason we are unable to
deliver, it will be re-tried twice more over the next two working days
without extra charge.
WineBear does offer morning delivery for a
surcharge and we can also deliver to North Scotland, Northern Ireland,
Republic of Ireland and Central Europe. Please select the correct option
on checkout. We also export globally, please select this at checkout
and we will contact you after to discuss the various options and
timescales. For when money is not an object, there is airfreight, door
to door within 3+ days, or there is consolidated shipping which can
greatly reduce charges.
